5 TIPS TO GROWING A HEALTHY BEARD

We all know the importance of grooming right?
More so having or growing a healthy beard is like how
having healthy beautiful hair
is like a crown to many women. Grooming comes
to men is taking care of yourself entirely
from your skin, hair, beard, health & diet.
Don't think of it as something new but rather
the fact that men have always
taken care of themselves just that
 modern grooming
has somehow evolved with innovative
ways men are able to appreciate pampering
themselves more and taking pride in how they look.
In today's post we will be sharing the
5 Tips to growing a healthy beard according to

1. Taking care of your skin beneath

Well its not secret but its also relevant
that in order to have a healthy looking beard you
also need to take care of your skin. Its like
watering a seed in order to get a fully bloomed flower.
Same analogy with your beard gents. With this said daily
moisturization is required to ensure your
skin is smooth and healthy. The main source
guaranteed to assist with this is
H2O, drink plenty of it.

2. Avoid harsh products/ingredients

Be cautious of the products you use
not only on your face but products you use to grow
and maintain that healthy beard. Always
make sure you research the various products
you plan on using as well as recommendations
from a trusted source rather than resorting
to Youtube DIYS. Instead make sure you
include these products as part of your
 beard growing journey;
beard wash, beard balm, beard oil. Invest in
a great beard comb and brush.

3. Healthy eating

Healthy eating and balanced diet contribute a lot
to one having a healthy beard.
 Remember to feed your body
with much needed vitamins, proteins and nutrients
not forgetting an intake of water regularly
do avoid the effects of producing quiet the
opposite of a healthy beard and finding
 yourself with a beard that
is likely to be brittle, thin, dry, split ends and
prone to skin irritation, itching and not
as hydrated soft or easy to tame.

4. Exercise

One thing that compliments healthy eating
is putting in the physical work and exercising. By
doing this you increase the benefits of increased
testosterone levels, reduced stress as well as
 boosted metabolism.

5. Patience

Now this is something most of us fail at, Patience.
Well comes with the aim of getting positive final results.
In the process of growing that healthy
beard patience needs to be a virtue. Look at
it a life time investment after all ones
 greatest investment
is always himself, so give your beard
time to grow into its own. Things to avoid
while allowing your beard to grow is
experimenting with various products to
rush the process of natural growth,
trimming & shaping
